Proven experience in the development and management of integrated gas-to-power projects in Africa and Central Asia, including working with Government Agencies and Regulatory Authorities to obtain the Government consents required for project sanction and implementation. Skilled negotiator and energy asset manager. MSc Mining Engineering Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg.

    Financial Controller, Tanzania
    Rogers has over 15 years experienced in the oil & gas and manufacturing industry. He previously held senior Financial Management positions with Artumas Energy Tanzania Limited including Manager Financial Reporting. Prior to joining Artumas in 2007, Rogers was a Financial Accountant at Tanga Cement Company Limited. His wide experience includes financial reporting, tax affairs and general finance and accounting activities. Rogers holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and Master of Business Administration degree from University of Dar es Salaam and is an Associate Certified Public Accountant of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors.

    HR & Administration Manager, Tanzania
    For the past 10 years, Baraka has been responsible for the management of the Human Resource and Administration function within the company and its allied companies. Prior to working for Wentworth, Baraka served for 4 years as Human Resources Officer for SABMiller Africa - Tanzania Breweries Limited and two years Internship Programme under Aga Khan Foundation in Tanzania and Kenya facilitated by University of Witwatersrand in South Africa to acquire & develop strong leadership skills. He has been member of Board of Directors with Wentworth Africa Foundation (T) for the past 5 Years. Baraka earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Dar es salaam and Certificate in Leadership from Graduate School of Public and Development, University of Witwatersrand.
  • Arbogast Oiso

    Government Relations Manager, Tanzania
    With 35 years of extensive experience working both in government and senior positions in many Parastatal Organisations, Arbogast joined Wentworth Resources in 2003 where he participated in working with the government to negotiate and obtain Government consent and project Agreements. Arbogast holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from University of Nairobi, Kenya and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from ESAMI.
  • Issufo Abdula

    Director, Wentworth Moçambique Petroleos Limitada
    Issufo is a Geologist with over 40 years experience in the Mining and Oil and Gas Sector. He was General Manager of ENH “Empresa Moçambicana de Hidrocarbonetos” for 2 years, and became its Chairman in 2000 until 2007. Issufo signed the first EPPC’s in the name of ENH. He was also involved in the commission process for the Pande e Temane Project. He was a consultant for CMH, ENH, and Delonex before joining Wentworth in 2015. Issufo has a Degree in Geology and 2 published research papers on the Evolution of the sedimentary basin of Mozambique and Rovuma”
  • Khalifa Ngaga

    Contracts Manager, Wentworth Moçambique Petroleos Limitada
    Khalifa has over 16 years’ experience in finance and accounting roles in oil & gas and mining industries. Since joining Wentworth in 2005, Khalifa served as Finance Manager and Financial Accountant for the Tanzania subsidiaries. Khalifa has a wide range of experience in accounting, finance and contracts management in Tanzania and Mozambique. Prior to joining Wentworth, he was with Barrick Gold Mine where he served as Accounts Payable Officer and later worked for Byrnecut International Limited and Sandvik Mining & Construction (T) Limited as Buyer and Store Supervisor.
    Khalifa holds MBA and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Dar es Salaam.
